Rates and Taxes: assist with account reconciliation, rate category changes i.e. residential, commercial or vacant.
Sewer, Water, Electricity Charges: assist with incorrect meters billed on account, change meters, accounts billed on estimates, obtaining and submitting actual readings.
Credit Transfers: where a customer has more than one account and one of them is finalised and there is a credit a transfer can be requested for monies to be paid to the other account.
Refunds: application for a refund after a sale of property where an account has been finalised and there are monies owed to the customer.
Clearance Application: clearance figures applications, follow up with clearance hold ups i.e. no actual readings for the past 3 months, No water, Electricity, Property Rates, refuse billed on account.
New Service Connection (Electricity and Water): application for new water and electricity supply, upgrades of electricity supply, faulty meter tests, meter re-positioning and pre-paid meter applications.
Change of Ownership: open new accounts for full title stands, sectional title and body corporate accounts.
Update and Consolidation of Account Details: some customers have separate water accounts and rates accounts for ease of reference with regards to payments they request their accounts to be consolidated into one account.
Update address details i.e. physical address, postal address, telephone numbers, method of communication E-mail, MMS or post, for business account VAT number update.
Credit Control Issues: if your account has been disconnected or wrong fully disconnected we will assist with requesting re-connections.
Acknowledgement of Debt/Installment Plans: Can’t afford to pay your council bills we will assist with making arrangement plans.
